Complete mechanical and electrical services installation and commissioning to the new facility comprising of the main swimming pool area and communal areas, including the changing area, café, junior/child areas, staff rooms and reception.  We have complete the full Revit model for our services to the high level of detail required for the successful co-ordination of the large amount of services.

Mechanical services include; ventilation systems, swimming pool ventilation, toilet extract systems, changing area ventilation, hot and cold water systems, public health above ground drainage, BMS and controls, underfloor heating throughout and areas of VRF air conditioning.

Electrical services include; LV switchgear and distribution, lighting systems including intelligent lighting controls, data systems, small power systems, fire alarm, CCTV, access control system, intruder alarm and disabled alarm systems.
