Project Details
- Full Refurbishment of existing building developed into a hospice
- Heating provided via LTHW underfloor heating throughout building
- Domestic hot water service throughout building, with central boiler plant room installation
- Mechanical services inclusive of; LTHW UF heating pipework, domestic water services pipework, HRU ventilation systems with LTHW interface, AC systems to specialist rooms to achieve 20 degrees (cold store and blood store)
- Commercial kitchen mechanical and electrical services installation and coordination with kitchen specialist installer
- Electrical segregation of essential and non-essential services and provision of a new stand-by generator for back-up supply to essential services as designated by the client for patient/resident care in event of power loss
- Specialist nurse call system throughout complete building, linked to remote staff screens monitoring patient call and wander system
- Electrical services inclusive of new BMS system, internal lighting and external car park and pathway lighting, power, data systems, fire alarm system, access control, lightning protection, induction loops and TV aerial system
