Project Details
New build of a 48 apartment independent living centre including a salon, dining and living room, commercial kitchen and external located in Woking for Willmott Dixon Construction/Woking Borough Council.
Works involved by Touch are for the mechanical and electrical services including:
- Centralised ventilation, LTHW & domestic water systems
- Above ground drainage & rain water (internal and external)
- Air conditioning (VRF and Split), installation of gas services
