- Pre-design and build of complete mechanical and electrical services to serve new teaching classrooms and an independent sports changing and restaurant facility
- Electrical services inclusive of a new main LV cable installed across, new BMS system to interlink new system, as well as new fire alarm system, lighting and controls, intruder alarm, CCTV and lightning protection system.
- Mechanical services inclusive of; new extract system, LTHW underfloor heating, domestic water services pipework, fresh air ventilation systems, upgrade the schools incoming existing gas and water supplies to accommodate new facilities
