- Trend BMS system
- Local room window controllers
- Local carbon dioxide and temperature sensors installed
- Hager switchgear
- Complete LED lighting installation
- Door access control, full CCTV system and complete intruder alarm system
- Cat5 E structured cabling system
Particular detail was taken with the install necessary for exposed services.
