Project Details
- New surface mounted multi-purpose containment selected with detailed review of engineering and coordination with architectural proposals
- Electrical services inclusive of a new main LV cable installed across the site for the A&D building, new BMS system to interlink with existing site wide system, as well as new ICT data and fibre system to connect into existing site wide infrastructure, new fire alarm system, lighting and controls, intruder alarm, CCTV and lightning protection system
- Mechanical services inclusive of; new air source heat pumps to provide LTHW underfloor heating, domestic water services pipework, fresh air ventilation systems, dust and fume extract systems
- Automatic natural ventilation window system was provided to the first floor integrated with a specialist blind system
