- Design and build of complete mechanical and electrical services
- Heating provided via a combination of LTHW underfloor heating and traditional radiator systems, to meet the specific room by room requirements of the ultimate client
- Domestic hot water service throughout building, with central plantroom installation
- Full gas installations throughout building
- Commercial kitchen mechanical and electrical services installation, including Ventlock control systems
- Electrical segregation of essential and non-essential services and provision of generator back-up supply for essential services
- Nurse call system throughout complete building, linked to telephone, DECT phone and access control systems
- Other electrical services inclusive of lighting, power, data systems, fire alarm system, access control, lightning protection, induction loops, TV aerials
