Project Details
The mechanical services consist of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following systems:
- Gas to 6 unit heaters
- 19 no. destratification fans
- 21 no. chilled glycol units
- 3 no. chillers
- Sprinkler system
- BMS
- Domestic/drainage pipework to sinks and kitchens
- MVHR and associated silencers and ductwork for a ground floor break out area
- Stand alone AC System within 3 areas
The electrical services consist of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following services:
- Lighting system
- Small power
- Generator
- Fire alarm
- Access control
- CCTV
- Tannoy system/public address
- Alterations to main panel for auto change over switch for generator
