- Full design and build project, with design commencing approx. 4 weeks prior to start on site
- Three storey, high-end dementia care home
- Mechanical services included LTHW gas boiler plants, boosted water, MVHR and air conditioning
- Electrical services include full data system, small power and lighting, auto changeover to generator backup supply, access control, full Sky Q television installation, lightning protection
- Full co-ordination of services required due to ceiling void depth and fabric construction restraints.
