Project Details
Systems include:
Heating provided via a combination of LTHW underfloor heating to individual apartments and traditional radiator systems to landlords areas, to meet the specific room by room requirements of the ultimate client
Domestic hot water service provided by heat interface units within the individual apartments and local unvented hot water heaters to serve landlord requirements throughout the building
Full plantroom installations
Full gas installations throughout building
Full design and installation of heat recovery systems and extract ventilation throughout the building to meet client requirements
Full design and installation of dry riser system
Full design and installation of photovoltaic system
Full design and installation of air conditioning systems throughout the building
Other electrical services inclusive of lighting, power, telephone and data systems, fire alarm system, access control, lightning protection, induction loops, TV aerials
