- Partial refurbishment of the existing school
- Design and build of complete mechanical and electrical services to the new build extension
- Electrical services inclusive of a new main LV cable installed, new BMS system, new fibre system to connect into existing, new fire alarm system, intruder alarm, access control, CCTV and lightning protection system
- Other electrical services inclusive of lighting, power, telephone and data systems
- Full design and installation of sprinkler system
- Full design and installation of photovoltaic system
- Mechanical services inclusive of underfloor heating throughout the new build, domestic water services pipework with internal shower and ventilation system throughout
- Full plantroom installations
- Full gas installations to the science labs
