Project Details
- Pre-designed complete M&E services with independent services building with 2 no. Bio-mass boilers, CHP units, chiller and LPG boilers to undertake the heating and chilled systems within a new spa facility and two new swimming pools (external and internal).
- Mechanical services inclusive of; LTHW heating pipework, domestic water services pipework, ventilation systems, chilled water system, HVAC systems, AC units in office areas. All M&E required a high degree of co- ordination to fit within small ceiling void and structure steels.
- External underground heating and hot/cold water services between the two new buildings.
- Electrical services inclusive of new BMS System to interlink with existing graphics and work alongside legacy plant controls, new fire alarm system, PAVA system, lighting and controls external and within both swimming pools, intruder alarm, internal PA system and CCTV.
