Touch Building Services have carried out the full M&E installation including all LV infrastructure, fire detection and alarm systems, a boosted cold water system, above-ground drainage and rain water dispersal systems.

Due to the conversion of an existing commercial building, there were many challenging aspects to this project.  Among these were the inclusion of a mechanical smoke ventilation system and the provision of gas services to all apartments.

Elements designed by Touch Building Services include a solar photovoltaic system, lightning protection, advanced access control and video door entry,  and an electric vehicle charging system.
