This project was completed in March 2019.

Project Details

TBS have undertaken the complete mechanical and electrical services, design and installation to the complete building, including but not limited to incoming services, complete new plantroom installation and associated controls, above ground drainage, heating and boosted cold water to apartments, feeding heat interface units providing heating and hot water on an individual apartment by apartment basis.

Electrical services including LV infrastructure, fire and security systems, complete apartment fitouts.
