Complete mechanical and electrical services design, installation and commissioning to the new four storey, high-end dementia care home with various communal spaces, including lounges, dining rooms, kitchen, laundry and reception. 

Our upfront pre-construction period included production of full co-ordination of services throughout the building using Revit, working in conjunction with the design team.  Mechanical services include LTHW gas boiler, air source heat pumps, boosted water systems, ventilation and air conditioning. Electrical services include full data system, small power and lighting, auto changeover generator backup supply, photovoltaic, access control and lightning protection.
