Project Details
- Full design and build project, with 6 month upfront pre-construction period with design team support.
- Three storey, high-end dementia care home with various communal spaces, including lounges, dining rooms, gym, cinema, kitchen, serveries, café and reception.
- Mechanical services include LTHW gas boiler and CHP plant, boosted water systems, sprinkler system MVHR and air conditioning.
- Electrical services include full data system, small power and lighting, auto changeover to generator backup supply, Medicare systems, access control, full Sky Q television installation and lightning protection
- Full co-ordination of services throughout the building including 3D plantroom drawings
